Jeff,

It sounds like an AG scoping problem. You didn't mention whether your
application runs in the default AG or not. Try setting OPNSCOPE(*JOB) on
your OVRPRTF in order to test whether or not it's AG related.

As an aside, you should try to be a bit more specific with the parms that
you include whenever you hard code something like an OVRPRTF. Based on your
example, you've left your program vulnerable to anybody/thing that changes
the command defaults from what they were when you wrote the code.

Even if the command defaults remain the same, you could still run into
problems because the current defaults will run as OPNSCOPE(*ACTGRPDFN), and
SECURE(*NO).  That means that your OVRPRTF is not safe from the effects of a
previously called OVRPRTF on the same file.
