Youngsters may know NT, but oftentimes lack understanding business goals and objectives.  Have you ever known an NT Tech to provide an accurate answer to what actually caused the error on a server?  I haven't!

I think that we miss the point ...
In the past, NT4 was much cheaper then the AS/400, BUT today it does not matter any more ...
Who is going to put his Internet application or B2B or B2C or on an AS/400 ...
I saw what it took to tinker with websphere and hardly any one knew how to go about it while every youngster knows Microsoft in and out ...
