With all due respect, MC closing will be good for News.  Although
advertisers that advertise in both will save money, advertisers that only
advertise in MC will change to News.

I just recieved a call from Shawnna Allison at Midrange Computing.

The company is folding.  They told the employees that today is their last
day.
