Just because they've been printed, who is going to pay for postage if the company is closed?

 

I expect to get the August issue of MC when I get my leather bag from IBM!

I just got a message from Publisher David Uptmor requesting that I not resell my August article because the Magazine was shipping it's August issue. Quote

 

"It has come to my attention that on or around July 26th to July 31st you may
have been notified that Midrange Computing had closed its doors and the
article you submitted for the August issue of Midrange Computing would not
be used.  This in fact is not the case.  The August issue of Midrange
Computing has already been printed at that time and will be posted out."

Maybe it's just the last gasp, but apparently this issue will be sent.
