Strikes me as a bug.  Get current on your PTFs, and if it still occurs,
report it accordingly.

We regain 15 % + of a total of 130 G  after every IPL. The problem is we
are
only able to IPL once every 2 -3 months in our environment. We operate
24/7,
save changed objects daily, (not while active) and do journal. One clue
might be the 10,000 page job log generated by QCMN on the IPL. Would
appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
