You can copy the spool file to a .txt file and use the SNDDST command.  You 
will need to setup all of the recipients in the directory, but it ain't too 
hard.

Looking for a resource to setup the AS/400 to deliver a spool file as email.
Company does not own any of the 3rd party software for doing this task nor
do they wish to purchase one.
