Granted its the opposite of what you are looking for, but the book itself is 
quite enlightening ( well I thought is was ). Plus it gives examples of code 
that could be used to create your own programs (I know - not what you asked 
for) but give it a look anyway.
The IBM Redbook title is
"Cool Title About the AS/400 and Internet"
Chapter 6 "FTP on the AS/400 System" is what you are looking for.

Hello all,

We are currently searchin fo a product to allow us to do batch FTP. We could 
program our own but why if there are good product out there atr a reasonable 
price. One of my collegue is starting to evaluete the TrailBlaser zmod ftp 
client product.

Does anyone have experience or opinion to share on this or other similar 
product?
