On command line DSPMSG and the name of the user profile.

These messages end up in a message queue by user profile name & work station
address & if your security is appropriate you can read anyone's messages.

You might be able to dump the contents of these message queues to a file
easier to manipulate than reading the messages the way they are delivered.

You better get something in writing authorizing you to be doing this, because
spying on people is borderline violation of privacy, and may be illegal in
some geographical areas without appropriate judicial authority.  Basically
you want whoever is in charge of privacy policies at your company to have
researched this to make sure you not stepping over a legal line.
