Sounds like they got some misleading information somewhere.  The software
product spec sheet, maybe?  My hypothesis may be totally wrong.  If so, I
beg forgiveness.  I was studying the spec sheets for some software products
this afternoon and found them to be high on hyperbole and low on substance.
I'd rather not name the vendor.  It doesn't matter.  In my opinion the
problem is widespread.
