If you're using MS word, you could do this using VB and the Client
Access remote command function.  Function key sends a remote command
which invokes a vb program.  VB using EHLLAPI screen scrapes the session
(needs to know which one) and retrieves the mailmerge details using ADO
then uses office automation to load a pre-defined document and dumps the
address details into it.

We've done all of this on separate projects but I've never tried to
string them together.  Theory is fine....  I've got samples of the stuff
we've done if it's any help.
