I don't know if this is the answer, but I'll take a shot.  Recently we have
switched some printers from IBM infoprint 21's to IBM infoprint 1130's and
had a similar problem.  It turned out that the TCP port number has to be
different,  the 21's use 5001, but the 1130's had to use 9100.
