I've followed documentation and created a source physical file with a record
length minimum of number of fields + record length +
813.

My inbound .csv file has 47803 records.

My database file fills with 47802.

One record is refused because TTLPIECES (a numeric field defined as 7.2) has
wrong decimal point.

No indication of record number. Nothing in error file. No joblog error
indicating error file is wrong.

CpyFrmImpf can be so powerful. On the other hand, I have never successfully
used it right the first time for anything. It always
requires some kind of tweak or workaround or something.
