Jill,

After you get the failure message, enter the WRKJOB command.  Now take
option 10 (Job log) and press F10 and then F18 (F18 may be Shift-F6,
depending on your keyboard).  Now you are at the bottom of your job log.
Read from the bottom up to find the cause of the problem.  If you are unsure
of what you are reading, post it here and we'll try and help.  To get more
help on an error message, place the cursor on the line in question and press
F1.
