Subject: Probably very easy, Newbie question

Hi all,

Well, I can spell A-S-4-0-0. I can logon. End of story. Pardon my
ignorance, but I am a mainframe sysprog who needs to backup an AS/400, and
have been scouring the doc without being able to find an answer. I am
trying to use the GO SAVE option 21 to backup the whole system. Can access
the tape, because I reinitialized it. When I start the backup, I get an
immediate error with the following details:

Function ended due to an unexpected exception. Message data is
COLLECTOR PROFILE.

Can anyone give me a clue what this means? Starting the backup from the
QSECOFR id, so shouldn't be an issue with access.

TIA for any ideas.

Jill
