Rick,

We have KeyesFax/400 and find it extremely easy to use. We don't stress it
very hard, but we do use it for faxing 2 to 5 page documents by multiple
users all day long. We only have one modem, and everything is so reliable
that we keep the modem under the floor in the computer room. Our NT fax
software gets stuck so often that it sits on the counter so we can reset it
!

I have on occasion faxed a hundred or so page dumps to my software support
department and there has been no negative hit to the processor. We are
currently on a 730 at V4R4. Previously on a 510; same response.

The group of people who primarily use KeyesFax are not on the cutting edge
of computer training, but they all handle KeyesFax with ease. It is
extremely user friendly.

The few questions we have had were promptly and completely answered by Tech
Support. I would definitely recommend KeyesFax. For automation they have
lots of API's to hook with. KeyesFax also has a module that will handle the
window's generated faxing if you have need to manage both.

PS: No connection with KeyesFax other than a very satisfied customer ;-)
