After all, didn't someone point out that it's really cool to open the IFS
and drag QSYS.LIB into the trash can?

We used to have our system locked down for file downloads years ago.  They
could only download one particular work file in one particular library.
Took them about 10 minutes to figure out that they could Query any file
they wanted and output it to this work file.

Summary:  You can't wade - ya gotta swim!  Think of that ad on TV from some
computer group where the guards chase after the intruder but when the
intruder rounds the corner they stop and report back that their sector is
now secured.
