Then the WRKOBJLCK showed:
Job User Lock Status Scope
QZDASOINIT QUSER *SHRRD HELD *JOB
Which turns out to be an Op's Nav Run SQL scripts session.
So, should I report this to IBM?

command has been running for several minutes:
clrpfm (ROUTINES/AREACDTODO)
On the other session the following command has been running for several
minutes:
wrkobjlck routines/areacdtodo *file
Judging by WRKSYSACT the system is bored and begging for something to do:
