Be warned that #pragma mapinc has been deprecated/removed in newer
versions of the compiler (IIRC from 510 onwards). IBM have provided a
command/program to create a #include file based on the external file
definition but that's just an ugly work-around.
That's part of the downside to PASE. AIX compilers can be ported easily
so we get a 'more compatible' C compiler but we lose support for AS/400
specific stuff.
