Yes, define the field as 9B 0 which will give you four bytes.  However,
due to the very peculiar way RPG handles these data types they do not
support the full range of a real 4-byte binary value or integer.  In this
case they will be OK because the keys values used by the API will not
exceed the maximum value in a 9B 0 field.
