Rob,

Unless they have a way embedded in their software, they cannot.  I am
running several purchased apps on a 720 4-Way that is LPAR'ed and it is
licensed to the 720.  We are running the apps in multiple LPAR's.

As you stated earlier, the license info is the same across all LPAR's for
cpu serial # and processor group...........The sysval's are the same even
though each LPAR has their own set...........
