The ALWLMTCPB parameter is set at the *CMD level, and it permission to use
a particular command or not is controlled at the *USRPRF level with the
LMTCPB parameter. You cannot set this granularly. You could set up your
own command that looks like RUNQRY, and take control of this yourself, but
it would not a be a trivial amount of work. (It wouldn't be days of work
either, but not something to do in a few minutes.)

I have the source code for RUNQRY if you need it. Contact me privately,
and I can send it as an attachment. (remember - not trivial)

Is the runqry command denied access with lmtcpb set to *yes on the user
profile? If so, how can I alter the command so it is allowed?
