When I have this "works the first time, then falls over"  it usually means I
am passing a parm, and not setting on *INLR.  Since a parm is only passed at
the beginning of the program.....

I was trying to use snmpGet(). Maybe bad VooDoo.
It did work the first time, meaning that I got all the
issues with what has to in ASCII and what has to
be in EBCDIC correct.
