Brian,
  Many thanks.  I think we should move this over to WEB400-L.  I'll describe
the situation and look for a response there (if you get the time - no rush.)
I export the WAR OK, but I don't know where in the IFS hierarchy to put it,
and from there how to invoke it.  It seemed straightforward under WAS but I
am not as familiar with Tomcat.
