Hi,

At one of my previous jobs we had a S/390 (running VSE) and an AS/400 on a
LAN. We were able to send reports between both systems. Go to
www.redbooks.ibm.com and do a search for MVS BRIDGE. That should show:

 1.  AS/400 VM/MVS Bridge Configuration and Operations, GG24-4382-00
 2.  VSE/POWER and OS/400 NJE Configuration Guide, GG24-4259-00
 3.  AS/400 Communication Definition Examples III, GG24-4386-00

The first two books should give you what you need.
