After upgrading to V5R1, STREML3270 sessions seem to be having some difficulty.
Users connect to a "remote" CICS (still on our own network), but transactions
on the remote system aren't honoring the first "Enter" key, PF3/PF4 etc..  User
has to hit the key twice for the transaction to work.  (Also applied the latest
cumulative PTF-- C0207151.)

I've opened a problem with IBM support, but it is a weekend, and Easter... and
I'm not getting anywhere in other searches and hope someone else might have
hit on this before us.
