Just upgraded a 4.4 system to 5.1 and things went pretty well. Management
Central's QYPSJSVR server can't create the object "McScheduler" and therefor
dies. Anyone seen this? the joblog doesn't give anymore info that that.
InfoCenter and the APAR and Knowledge bases don't seen to have anything.
