We've had both a booth in the Expo area and a session on the Information Center. At the booth and at the session, we encourage comments from the attendees. We have not had good attendance at the session, but have had some good discussions with folks at the booth. Unfortunately, at the last two COMMONS, we were next to a booth giving away free t-shirts, so it was sometimes hard to get to us! If you are at COMMON in the future, please stop by the booth or attend the session to voice your concerns. As has been previously mentioned, we do provide a feedback mechanism on the Information Center; those feedbacks come to the development team in Rochester and are answered either by the writer of the information or one of the Information Center developers. All comments/concerns become input to our requirements process for future updates.
