Thanks but I already know f this procedure and all of these PTF's have been applied, the server, stopped and restarted several times. Per the other response, I have JDK 1.1.8 and JDP 1.2 installed. How do I know which version Management Central is using? >>>>>>>>>> How about the following: Q: How do I start and/or end the Management Central server on the AS/400e or iSeries 400 system? A: For R450 and later, the correct way to manually start the Management Central server is to run the OS/400 command STRTCPSVR *MGTC or select start on the Management Central TCP/IP server via Operations Navigator. For R450, this will start the QYPSSRV server job in QSYSWRK. For R510, this will start the QYPSSRV and QYPSJSVR server jobs in QSYSWRK.
