It was on my system, but I'm on a later release than V4R5.  Looks to be just
a regular source physical file with no source type.  According to the Info
Center example:

To add a member, do this:

On the OS/400 command line, type:
ADDPFM FILE(QUSRSYS/QAZLCSAVL) MBR(nwsdname)
 TEXT('description')  EXPDATE(*NONE) SHARE(*NO) SRCTYPE(*NONE)

In the file member that you just created, list all the shares that you want
to be able to save. List each share name that you defined for the server on
a separate line. The maximum length that the Windows share name can be is 12
characters. Share names can have embedded blanks. For example, if you
defined cshare, dshare, eshare, fshare, gshare, and my share as shares on
WINSVR1, your member name WINSVR1 would look like this:

QUSRSYS/QAZLCSAVL
                                                                 WINSVR1
  0001.00  cshare
  0002.00  dshare
  0003.00  eshare
  0004.00  fshare
  0005.00  gshare
  0006.00  my share

Looks promising - but I don't have a file called QAZLCSAVL anywhere on my
system (V4R5).  Should I create one?  What are the file specifics if I do?
