I don't think you can stop the command once its started. But here are some of the things I would do to avoid this.... First of all I would strip all authority from the PWRDWNSYS command so that only QSECOFR could issue the command. Second, I would get in the habit of doing an ENDSBS *ALL before the power down command. This gives you a little time to finally think about turning back before issuing the power down command, and also to see that all subsystems ended normally and the system is in a restricted state.
