MULIC is model-unique - e.g. MULIC from E95 can only be used on E95.

The Mulic tape has been used on both of these machines

I have also transfer the mulic from the e95 to the f60 and e50, as the
procedure for doing the reovery suggest.
thanks for your reply

Jeff,

I don't have any printed resources which go back to the CISC models for
hardware recovery, but I do remember that along with the generic OS and
licensed program tapes, there was a machine-specific tape (MULIC?) which
was required to load the machine.

Do these new machines (the F60 and E50) have their own tapes and have
these tapes been loaded? Are all the machines currently running on the
same version of the OS? If you're doing a scratch load to
un-initialized disk, they will need to locate those tapes.
