I was looking at the news on: http://www-912.ibm.com/ and found this:
http://www-912.ibm.com/supporthome.nsf/document/16923408. You can order PTFs
through the iPTF, and instead of having to wait for a CD to be shipped, you
can download it off a website and burn your own CD. So not only can you
download PTFs up to 99MB, you can download PTFs of unlimited size via FTP.
