Don't even have to burn the CD - I just did this with a V5R2 cum CD package
( actually 4 CDs ).  You FTP them to the ifs and use image catalog commands
to load them on a "virtual" optical drive.  A couple of minor issues, but it
indeed works as advertised, or is that un-advertised.
