Thanks.  I gave it a try and received the following error:

Message ID . . . . . . :   CPD0085       Severity . . . . . . . :   30
Message type . . . . . :   Diagnostic

Message . . . . :   Range of parameter FROMCCSID does not include 65535.
Cause . . . . . :   The specified value must be greater than or equal to 1
and
  less than or equal to 65533.
Recovery  . . . :   Enter a value that is within the range defined for the
  parameter or one of the special values that is defined for the parameter.
  More information on parameters and special values can be found in the CL
  Reference manual.

Could it be another CCSID that I need to use?

added actually got value from DSPJOB #2.
