IBM has acknowledged the limitations of DSPPGM, DSPMOD, DSPSRVPGM,
QBNLPGMI, etc in supporting source from IFS.  I was told that it is not a
bug, but a nonfeature.  If I don't like it, then I can submit a DCR via
