I have a UPS that is communicating nicely with my AS/400.  I am also running
WIN2K on the Integrated Netfinity Server.  I haven't had any power issues
yet... does the AS/400 tell the WIN2K to shut down nicely automatically or
do I need to put something in the USP shut down sequence to shut down WIN2K
first.
