I'm still having problems; Check Service Level insists that it cannot find the setup.ini file in my directory. I tried using both the syntax you supplied (replacing \\AS400 with \\my.ip.addr) and using a mapped drive, and in neither case could it find the information. I granted public authority all up and down the folder chain as well, just to see if that was an issue; it didn't matter. I'll dig into this a bit more tomorrow. It's nice to have it up and running this far; I can always manually apply the SP. Joe
