Actually, maybe you can try this. Do an OVRDBF QSYSPRT (I'm pretty that you can do that to a printer file!) and use the INHWRT( *YES ) parm. Let me know if it works.
I am going to try the "dltsplf *last" scenario as it seems to fit the situation.
Just be aware, you still have the 9999 spools per job limitation, unless you are at the proper release and have the system value (or is it a *DTAARA?) set to use the expanded spool number format. -mark
