After I remove the dspatr(PR).  It's protected on the screen using the above
DDS.

And, yes, I recompiled both the DDS and the pgm, and yes, I'm looking at the
correct version, and yes, I even sign off and back on (multiple times) to
ensure that the activation-group thing isn't causing me to use the old
copies.

I moved on to another strategy to make the program act as I want.  But, this
is still a curious point......

Just puzzled.
