See my reply to Chris.  I'm pretty sure that RRN doesn't count because RRN
isn't a data element in the row.  You guys wuold have to ask Dr. Codd
whether the RRN can be used as a "primary key" in his definition.

My guess is it cannot.  Your guess is as good as mine, of course.
