Just a reminder for those who try this out... The *dtaq entry is sent whenever 
_ANY_ entry on the output queue goes to RDY status, not just new entries. If an 
entry arrives on the *outq in RDY status, is placed on HOLD and then released 
back to RDY, there will be _two_ *dtaq entries.

Throws a minor curve to a *dtaq monitor when it restarts sometimes.
