Yes that is true you have to write your  CL  code  to handle   exceptions ,
as an  example  the user  may delete the spooled file before the monitor
gets a chance to process it .  Also what do you do with spooled files which
are to be saved, which in my case I move them to another special  queue .

Just a reminder for those who try this out... The *dtaq entry is sent
whenever _ANY_ entry on the output queue goes to RDY status, not just new
entries. If an entry arrives on the *outq in RDY status, is placed on HOLD
and then released back to RDY, there will be _two_ *dtaq entries.

Throws a minor curve to a *dtaq monitor when it restarts sometimes.
