RE: Code 400 and PTF SF64203

I don't know how to answer this for sure.  The client pays a monthly
maintenance fee for his printer and for his box.  He bought the 150 to
replace an old Sys/36 for Y2K.  The business partner tells him he can't get
anything more to update the box.
 
I know nothing about this part of the iSeries, but I have a hard time
accepting the idea that IBM has just left this group of iSeries 150 owners
hanging out there with only hardware support.

Does "locked at V4R5" mean the box isnt covered by a aupport contract?
