That's a new V5R2 file that holds info on identity fields (auto-incrementing). It's involved in a left outer join with the other one, so as to get the id field info in there when it exists. Least, that's how I see it.

I was looking to file QADBXSFLD and I do not have an object description for it.
I do have it for QADBIFLD (Cross reference physical file)
