That's really a shame when double-clicking on an attachment is too
difficult...... I suppose 'they' could hire an intern to open their email
for them (and wipe their ... never mind) 

Perhaps when you capture the splf, you can wrap it in HTML, to define the
fonts and formatting you need.  I really don't know what would be necessary
to wrap a text document inside a HTML document.....
