Why not post the report itself as web page on an internal server? Using HTML you can easily add backgrounds, attractive headings including the company logo, and background colors in the cells, with the total rows in another color to set them apart. Refresh it nightly and email them a shortcut to drag to their desktop. I did that and the result was a huge success. The users printed in whatever font they wanted, printed the colors or not as they wanted, and they didn't even have to open their mail. It was just there, waiting for a double click on their desktop icon. --------------------------------------------------------- Booth Martin http://www.MartinVT.com Booth@xxxxxxxxxxxx --------------------------------------------------------- -------Original Message------- From: Midrange Systems Technical Discussion Date: Friday, August 01, 2003 10:18:47 AM To: 'Midrange Systems Technical Discussion'; Midrange Systems Technical Discussion Subject: RE: E-Mail fonts from the AS/400 I was initially using InfoPrint to send it as a PDF document - but 'they' didn't want to have to open it !!
