Sorry, you're not the first to point-out my mis-statement.  I meant that
iSeries developers are lacking the new technology skills, i.e. Web, XML,
OOA&D, CGI, Java, etc.

I agree that they have a great deal of skill and business knowledge.  That's
the point that I have been trying to make.  Add those pre-existing skills to
new technology skills and you have a the skills that the PC community
haven't been able to offer, yet.  I believe that the hard part is behind
them, the skills that they already have are the skills that take years &
years to develop.
