We talked to PC-Miler and with our license they allowed us to keep a database file on the 400 of mileages. All our programs use the same utility to request a point-to-point mileage, if the program doesn't have it in it's database it requests it from PC-Miler and then adds it to the database on the 400. It is one huge file on the 400 but it makes mileage lookups super fast. This does require a little setup to begin with then it has worked great for us.
