Does anyone have any ideas on this? Royal Imprints is trying to install V5R1 Client Access Express (for the HR System) and right after they click on "Custom Install" they get this error message: "IBM Personal Communications already installed 5250 Display and Printer Emulation". They are on Windows 98 and they do have MDAC and DCOM installed. I did a VNC session with them so I can see what is going on and I got the same thing. There is no IBM folder anywhere and I checked the registry that has to do with 5250 and there was none that I can see. Do you guys have any other ideas. This is the strangest error I have seen so far. This is supposed to be a newly built system.
