Try this:

STRPCCMD PCCMD('cmd.exe /C start http://www.dekko.com')

(note, for Windows 98 you need to use "command.com" instead of "cmd.exe".)

Kind of knotty on using a shortcut eh?

Too bad associations don't grab.  What if the cheeky bugger is not using 
Internet Explorer?
